Well over here in Spain we know pretty much about terrorist attacks. Actually as i'm posting this there has been one today. Luckily only one person was injured and nobody died.
I think that together with England, the US and some other places like Egypt, Spain is used to terrorist attacks. I can't even remember how many this year, but well over 5 already.
I know that my next comment will be a little hard and definately not everybody will agree with me, but i would kill absolutely all jailed terrorists. Death row! In Spain there is no death row which i think would stop terrorists or at least make them think twice. The terrorists from the WTC and Pentagon are different because they wanted to die anyway because of their religion but 'normal' terrorists don't want to die.

I'm not an electricity expert, which is why I said care to demonstrate.:D
To be honest, anything more that what a regular battery gives as current is more than enough for me. So 7,000 volts sounds like a lot, but nothing for me to put in comparison with.
