firebird fuel pump

I have a 2002 pontiac firebird with the 3800 series 2 v6. I bought an aftermarket fuel pump to install in it, but I am having a problem. The aftermarket pump has a threaded port on it for a fuel jet. The hole for the jet is only about 3mm and I can't find anything to fit it. I was told that I might need to T off the main line and connect to the venturi line, but I have no idea what that means. Anyone have any information? Thanks

err, that's a weird one. maybe try contacting the manufacturer of the pump? :dunno:
