Need Help!!!!!!!!!

I washed my car with the rough sponge and my car had scratches. How can I get rid it off? Give me some advice. I don't want to spend a lot.

Best way to get rid of light surface scratches is get a buffer and wax, polish and buff it out real good and that will take care of it.
