Odometer has stopped. Speedometer continues to work fine. Any ideas on how to fix problem.

It appears the tachometer is an integral part of the speedometer assembly. You'll probably need to replace the speedometer assembly.

The tachometer is fine along with speedometer. The non-functioning part is the odometer. Rod, does that change your advice? Thanks.

Nope, just means I typed "tachometer" instead of "odometer." Odometer is what I intended, although you may not be able to purchase a new speedometer assembly by itself. From the dealer, this may come as part of an entire instrument cluster. Maybe you can find a salvage yard speedometer with similar miles.

The spedo and tach are easy to replace individually. I have another cluster I needed the tach out of and they are not expensive on ebay. I have tach issues and when I changed it out, it didnt help. There must be something else down the line causing my tach to jump on its on........but dead most of the time......they are easy to get to and change.
