Radio hook-up

Which wire for the radio on a 2006 1500 goes to the ignition? Red on the adapter kit isn't doing anything for me, and I only get voltage at the factory plug at yellow. Thanks.

I think on my 02 it was orange. Don't remember for sure though. A Haynes manual will have a wiring diagram in it specific to your year.

the best wire to use is brown it is acc in both positions of the key. and orange works but only with key on run and pink is ignition only power when key is on run. any will work i do alot of these installs daily.
