My '96 has developed a strange problem that I think I could figure out if I had a complete wiring diagram, anyone know where to get such a critter? The deal is this: Sometimes (most of the time now) the AC, and heat, controls quit working. When they quit, the power windows also won't work and the "service abs" light is on. If you turn on the headlights they work, but the chime sounds just like if you leave the lights on when the key is out of the ignition. If this isn't all strange enough, everything seems to be OK (lights, ac blower, power windows) when the key is on, but engine is not running. Any ideas? especially on where to get a complete wiring diagram. With so many systems involved there must be some common element to fix. Thanks, Tom

You might try the autozone site. Click on the vehicle repair guides, register your vehicle, follow the links. When you find the chassis diagrams, they're mis-labeled, you'll have to surf the links.
I just checked, the power window and headlite diagrams are there.

Thanks for your input. I have come to the conclusion it must be a bad ground connection. Any help on the ground location for ABS or climate control panel?

I took the ground point nearest the ABS apart and put back together, though I can't tell if it is the ground for all of the components in question. It is working, will keep posted on long-term results.
