I was driving home and everything was workin fine and when I started the car again I noticed there was no bass. I checked the fuse, but it seem to be fine. Anyone have any suggestions for me? The amp isn't turning on. The power light isn't lighting up

which fuse did you check because even if the amp only has 1 fuse there should be atleast 2. one by the battery and one for the amp ( or however much your amp has)

The easiest way to test if it is not getting power is to use a volt meter. You can do it right on the amp. Turn the volt meter to 20volt DC and put the red (12v +) lead on the 12 volt input on the amp, and the negative on the ground input on the amp. If you read 12 volt then there isn't a problem with the power getting there. If not then your fuse on your power cable is probably blown or missing. Also the fuse doesn't have to be completely blown for it not to work, even a little burning can cause it to be faulty.
2. Test the remote lead wire, turn your car on or onto accessory so your head unit is on. Then use the red lead (possitive) and put it to the lead wire (connected or unconnected from the amp), and the black lead (negative) to the ground cable or terminal again. If you get a 12-14 volt reading then your remote lead is good! If not then check that it is connected to the right part in the car.
3. If the remote wire has power and the amp still doesn't work check the fuses built into the amp. If those are ok then your amp has a power problem.

If you have any questions just ask!
Good luck

the power lights are controlled by the auto turn-on lead and of course the gnd wire. One of those two is bad
