hello all.... i have a 69 mustang mach 1 and i have done a total rebuild job with my stang, i bought the new boss block and have the GT-40 "super spiral" heads and i have converted it from an auto to a manuel using the TR-3550 tranny... my next idea was to convert it to fuel injection.... im wondering if i could get your opinions on that and if you guys have any idea on who would sell something like that or am i better off going to a junk yard an trying to find one off a newer mustang???? thanks for your time.

it all depends what kind of intake manifold in order to choose a throttle body and fuel injection system, I'm planning on going efi on my 69 mach1 I done my research here are some interesting links hope it helps

This depends on how "radical" your motor is. Your choice in intake can really help or really hurt your performance. What are the details of your motor? Is it stock? Is it built? If its built how much power and whats the power band? For higher hp, higher rpms I'd go with a Edelbrock Vic Jr carb intake modded for EFI. For a stock car I'd go with a GT40 or Cobra EFI intake.

I've also got a 69, and from what i've seen places like summit racing and jegs, and all the big manufacturers will sell a full efi conversion kit, but it is only good up to about 400hp. Those kits are around $3,000 and i'm sure they would do the job just fine for a daily driver type of situation.
