you'll have to talk to Nissan if you want just the chassis alone.
i have friends who work in building race cars, and they have to deal with the manufacturer directly to get hold of a rolling chassis, or non-rolling chassis.
if not that, you'll have to buy a road going 350z and strip it.

I contacted Nissan, I called the consumer affairs line and they just directed me to one of my local dealers. So I called one and they said "Im on my own with that one."
Any other suggestions on how to contact the right department of Nissan to get a 350Z rolling chassis. Have your friends dealt w/ Nissan in this area, any suggestions... thanks very much!!

I live in London, so i think it's safe to assume they haven't dealt with Nissan in your area.
they had to deal with Nissan higher up than consumer affairs. and it's easier for a company to purchase something like a rolling chassis than it is for an individual.
your best bet is to call around other dealers and see if they can help. if that doesn't work, you'll just have to look for a used one and strip the interior.
why do you want just a rolling chassis?

it's really not easy to get hold of a rolling chassis. and usually it requires dealing with the factory.
