remove front sway bar

I need to remove the sway bar in the front so i can remove the rack and pinion steering. It disconnected from the end links and the sub frame, just can't seem to remove it from the car. Any help will be appreciated

Wasnt sure if you got this but .....
The sway bar come out on the driverside through the middle area of the lower control arm.
A real bear sometimes!
