Need some help with my remotes

Hi i have 1994 buick regal custom. I am having problems with my remote entry they don't work. I tried reprogramming them through the wire in the truck but it did nothing. i was wondering if there was a fuse for remote transmitter in the car. can anyone help me plz. and the batteries in the remote are still good.
