Couple Problems with 93 Lebaron Vert

Well the worst problem is now. i dont really mess with this car much and the serpentine belt came off somehow. I dont know the order its supposed to go back in. THis is the biggest concern as i can't drive the car now.

Speedometer isnt working. I don't really know why it used to work then i slowly decided not to.

When i turn the headlights on after about 2 or 3 minutes ill get a dinging sound that gets quite annoying.

If anyone has any insight that would help me with any of these problems it would be greatly appreciated.
