Assuming money is not a problem, then contact Prodrive, they build rally cars and i'm sure thy could give you a list price that would easily be 6 figures, for the top of the line 300 bhp car But basicly you need to remove and rebuild the entire driveline to utilize awd and to be able to sustain huge abuse via the roads its driven on at high speed, then gut the entire interior chage the seats; put in 4 point harnesses and a full rollcage, then you need to rebuild the suspension to be fully customizable and strong enough to take jumps that put the car 5 ft in the air. Then you also need to fully rebuld the engine to take boost and high rpm with minimal service at high rpm (new rods. crank shaft, cams, pistons, heads, intake manifold, exhaust etc. etc.) you would be looking at atleast 50k for labor alone, first you have to decide how serious you are about rallying, you could always buy a used rally car, (make sure you get the car class you want), or just go buy a WRX or an STi or an EVo and drive around on gravel roads and see what you think
