Auto Door locks

My auto door locks for my 1996 Intrepid have been turned off by the dealer, anyone know how to turn them back on in a 96?

maybe they just pulled the fuse .

Those are programmable by the dealer with a Scan Tool, I had mine disabled on my 96 LHS.
