That is an excellent model.Really nicely built and I love the display you have placed it on.I have just bought this model myself.I wonder if I could ask a couple of questions? How easy were the large white decal stripes to apply to the monocoque? Did you make the stands that support the engine cover yourself? Which brand of carbon fibre decal did you use to cover the air intake scoop? Which brand of paint did you use for the main grey colour of the body?

Best Regards,

Steve Noble.

Hello Steve

I used Studio27 décals, the white Tamiya decals are not good!
You could see how I made by consulting my Web site: www.f1-modelisme.com (Sorry comments are in French, my English is very approximate)
For the fibre carbon for the air intake scoop, I used Renaissance carbon decal.
And I used TS42 and TS13 for the body

Sorry for my english, I speak like a spanish cow

FINALLY something besides a Ferrari or McLaren! ;)

This is a very difficult paint job to get right, and you've captured it!

A great C/F base as well!

Excellent!
