Flasher trouble.......

I did some work on my taillights today, I used the reverse lamp assymbly to house the turn signal/brake lamps for the taillights and kept the running lights in the original position. It was easy, just took the turn/brake wire that ran to the taillamp assymbly and connected it where the reverse positive lead ran into the fixture, then replaced the reverse bulb with a set of red led bulbs. Now my problem, just as it happens when you put led bulbs in any turn signal position, they don't have enough resistance to show a working bulb in that position, so they blink really fast like the bulb was burnt-out. I wend down to AutoZone and bought an electronic H.D. Tridon replacement flasher, but I still have the fast blinking problem. I know there is a flasher I can use that will work with little or no resistance from the bulbs, because alot of people have them, but I don't know wich one it is. If anyone could help me on that I'd really appreciate it.
