Jeep Strip and Repaint

I was just wondering where I could get a comprehensive guide to stripping the paint from my Jeep to fix some surface rust and then re shooting it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Entire books have been written on this subject.
I suggest hit your local bookstore or Amazon, etc for a how-to guide to paint and body work. There are quite a few out there, some are pretty good.

Body work can get extremely complicated, probably more so than any kind of mechanical work. Any particular paint or body problem probably has several different solutions, some are high quality, but somewhat difficult, some are easy to do, but poor quality and will not last long. Beware to use the correct method to ensure a long lasting job. Its easy to just cover up problems only to see them reoccur in short order.

The Muscle Car sub forum here at AF has a Restoration section with some useful paint and body threads.
