They barely make a noise on the road; a little now and then. When I disco the front end and am rollin' on the trail the front end sounds like an old station wagon on small stuff. No noise crawlin'though. Are my bushings shot?? any way to ckeck? LOL

Are you sure, it is the LCAs? Could be the spring or where the spring seats. Use a silicone spray for all areas contacting. You can spay the lower control arm bushing areas also. Silicone should not deteriorate the rubber.
If you have urethane bushings, they squeak quite often. They usually have a grease fitting for lubricating.
Have you lubed the ball joints and tie-rods ends, etc..? How about the track-bar end?

I lubed it all a few months ago, but maybe it got washed off . I'll grease it up and see what happens. I did notice the position of the bottom of the coil spring shofted to the outside after crawlin'.
