2001 GMC Jimmy SLT Power Window

I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy SLT. When ever I am going down the road and open either front window and then try to close it it either gets stuck at the top or if it does close it makes a loud pop and closes. It is like the wind pressure gets it off the track of closing properly. My 2002 Chevy S10 did the same thing. Is this a GM flaw???? Can it be fixed? They work fine sitting still.
