Hello,
I have just changed out the engine in a '03 century (thought) I had everything back together and all fluids in place but when I went to turn the ignition over I got nothing, not even a "clicking" noise.:frown: I searched around and found out that it might be the Nuetral safety switch since I ruled out the pssibility of bad battery, bad connections, etc... I bought a brand new battery just today and so I believe that there is nothing wrong electronically with that. all the electronics work inside and out but the thing won't turn over. I "jumped" the starter by arcing the 2 wires in order to get her fired up. so it can't be the starter either. anyone know where the NSS is located on a '03 Century? If I can find out where it's located I might be able to tell whether or not that IS the exact problem. Thanks in advance

The neutral switch is part of the transmission range switch (PRND321). Located on the top of the rear of the autotransaxle, driver's side. Same part the shift cable connects to.
