My 97 TransSport PSD problems

I have read posts on here and other forums with similar problems. So yes I have searched, "FAQ", and ALLDATA. So my 97 Trans Sport LWB with PSD pass side will not open electronically. From the overhead switch, B pillar switch, and key FOB all I hear is a single click in the back at the control module. Fuses are good, no elect. assist when partially opened or buzzer when there should be. I have reinitialized and checked for the DTC, which is a 1-2. Cannot access Diag Mode 2, no buzzer to listen too. Removed panels and have checked the grounds and voltage at connectors per ALLDATA. I am really stuck on this one. Any suggestions.
