AC problem 94 dodge ram van b150 3.9

Geez, I just got over my electrical problem and turned on the ac the other day. Its blowing hot air. I don't hear the usual clicking in the front. Is the the ac-heater clutch? I placed a pressure gauge on the the system and its reading in the red zone at 100 psi. Yet hot air....any suggestions?

First things first, disconnect the plug from the clutch and connect a meter or test light across the terminals. Turn on your A/C and see if you get power. Post the results.
