95 Taurus headlight adgustment

I just replaces the header pannel on my sons Taurus. replace a broken headlight. It needs to be adjusted. Do I remove the clip from the particular axis before making the adgustment? It looks like I should.

You shouldn't need to remove any clips, there will be a hex or Torx post that you can turn. It's like a 4mm or something. There will be two adjustments for each headlight, one for horizontal and one for vertical.
