broken bolt

how do i remove a broken lug nut bolt?

It needs to be pressed out. Its up to you, you can run 3 out of four without any problem. i had a car that had a broken lug on 2 wheels and the wheels never came loose or gave any issues. I got a used press for about $15 on ebay.
