Hesitation When Accerlated

I Have A 92 Lumina That Runs Great Except When I AM Going over 50 mph and when I Accelerate (especially going up a hill) It Will Hesitate, like it is cutting out, When I Fully Accelerate It Kicks In And Runs Great. I Changed The Fuel Filter (totally Clogged) But No Change In How It Runs. Any Ideas?
