1998 Bonneville SSe
You know you put you car in cruse control by pushing that nob over and pressing that buttion. But you can still push that nob farther right after your in cruse control and the car acts like it's racing what is that?
I Went to advance auto parts.com see how much a battery cost and they said i need a supercharged battery. But i thought SSe arn't supercharged

Pushing in the button allows you to adjust your cruise speed up in small increments. IRRC, you are supposed to push it in for about 1 second, and that will increase your cruise speed about 1 MPH. Yes, if you hold it in, the computer will open the throttle wide and hold it there.
As for you battery, anything that will fit in your battery try, with side posts, will work just fine. Go with the highest cold cranking amps that fit your budget, IMHO.
