Got an ODB code of P0442-Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
Could this mean I need to replace my IMG again? Did it around 35k. Have nearly 80k now.
It's been giving me a little trouble starting (cold) in the warmer weather the last few weeks. Takes a bit to turn over and then sputters a bit until it recovers and eventually warms up.
It also seems to be running high on the RPM gauge around the 20-30 mph (2nd-3rd gear-automatic tranny)
Any other ideas?

my 1st IMG went at 55k ... the second went at 75k...
so it is possible.
when is the last time you cleaned the egr and egr tube?

Before you go spending hours and thousands of dollars on this, check your gas cap. Make sure it's on there tight. Might want to just get a new one anyway, then clear the code and see if it comes back. If it does, then continue troubleshooting. The code is probably unrelated to how it's running.

Changed the EGR at 45k. Gas cap is good (new one purchased about 1 yr ago)

Did you clean the EGR tube? It exits right behind the throttle body.
