Help, Me Throw Some Seats on this...

I have a 95 lumina with a 3.1, and i have the ugliest seats ever.

I have the driver seat with passenger,with the center swing down arm thing that holds worldly treasures, the 3 person style

I'm redoing my interior, ive done most of the door panel.

My question is if i go to a junkyard and find some better seats, with some work would i be able to swap them out?

PS. Can i swap Lumina police instrument cluster with the digital speed, with the cluster i have now

the seats will come out you can also replace with bucket seats from a lumina but it will be that gap in the middle. other cars of the year cutlass, regal etc might fit im not sure though
