Heater core replacement? HELP

Hi Seems I need to change a heater core on a 1988 town car can anyone tell how hard of a job is it? Thanks Danny

well since you don't have a driver side airbag it makes things somewhat easier. however its a tedious job since the entire dash needs to come out. but once you get to the core its matter of four bolts of thing and disconnected the two hoses and then installing the next one. then you have to put the entire dash back together. so basically the hard part is taking apart the dash and then putting it back together.
don't forget to drain all the coolant before you do the job.

Sounds like one heck of a job.I thought you might just have to remove the glove box and some duct work.Sounds like more then I can do. Danny

$3.00 bottle of silver seal stop leak solve the problem.(for now) This only worked for 1 week. Not to good ideal I guess.
