Clicking Noise

When taking off the car makes a horrible clicking noise. But once its up to speed the noise goes away. Several people has given me different diagnosis of the problem. Axles or transmission?? Please give all comments, they are greatly needed. It's a 2002 Mazda 626.

Where is the noise coming from exactly? Is it an ATX or 5 speed? The more info the better.
