My door handle on my lucerne came off in my hand. It appears to be very cheaply installed with just two plastic clips. I have never had a door handle come of in my hand before.
Why?

My door handle on my lucerne came off in my hand. It appears to be very cheaply installed with just two plastic clips. I have never had a door handle come of in my hand before.
Why?

It is just the car, built cheaply. Your warranty should cover fixing it with two more plastic clips. Wait until your dash lights go, or your power seats stop working, or the electric trunk opener won't work, or the bottom molding nearly falls off because only 2 of the 5 clips were installed, etc. etc., I guess the door handles falling off will be next on my Lucerne. I will be trading mine before the warranty runs out. Otherwise, the car repairs would break me financially.
