I Was Just Wondering How Fast They Are? Cause I Have A 06 Monte Carlo Ltz And Last Night I Was Driving Around And This Guy Pulls Up Next To Me. He Reved It Up And I Just Nodded And When The Light Turned Green We Took Off, Fairly Even Through First I Got Off The Line A Little Better, But In 2nd Gear I Started Pulling Away And When I Hit My Brakes I Was About 3 Cars Infront Of Him. He Had Exhaust And That Is It. And I'm Completely Stock

A 5-speed should run around around a 14.7-15.0 with an average driver, and an auto shoulden't be too far behind.

Those stats seem a little fast, after looking for the stats everywhere I've seen about 15.3 is the best there pulling down the 1/4, and that is for 5 speed and a professional driver. I would like to believe my car runs mid 14, but I doubt it.

They're faster than that, at the Ford V6 challenge an auto stock down to the paper filter ran a 15.0, a decent driver in a 5-speed can break into the 14's. And they gain a little from exhaust too, someone was putting bolt-on's on their '05 and doing before and after dyno runs and they gained like 6rwhp just from a GT muffler.

Could anyone here give me a hand with an 83' mustang convertible? I'm looking for a part for the left door but I don't know much about cars.
