96 grand am starting rough

I have a 96 grand am with 190k miles on the 3.1 engine. It starts great in the morning but after i drive somewhere and shut off when i try to restart i have to feather the gas to keep it from dying, after a few minutes it will run great until i shut off again. There are no codes and no SES light. I have replaced serveral sensors to no success. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Have you done a complete tune-up with spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, air, and pcv valve

I am no mechanic...but I think it might/could/maybe/snowballs chance be your idle air control valve. Mine was doing kinda the same thing and I replaced the ICV and that fixed it... But mine was cold when it did it...
