6.0L Granatelli Programmer Specs

I have a 2000 Chevy and i transplanted a 2005 6.0L and added exhaust and a cold air intake. I have the Granatelli Diablo Sport tuner and would like to see if anyone out there has the best settings for this application. Any help would be great thanks!!
