i need to get the car amp ready, so what im asking what is the best way to get a 4 gauge wire from the battery to the trunk without going underneath the car.
anyone know where to run the wire?

when something is vechile specfic try going in the toyota forum then the sub topic for your car. try looking for a exsiting hole.

:1: . Generally, you look for an existing hole OR the best place to drill one. Wire is run ususally under the carpet or along the door sills. Best to check in Toyota forums to see what's available (maybe you don't have carpet to pull up, etc.)

alright guys i've almost gotten all the way, im guessing the newer models have changed because the guide work all the way until i get ready to pull the panel off, there's a panel on the side either on the top-right or top-left of the door. it has a clip on the very back, i cant get it off and i dont want to risk damaging the panel, does anyone know what im talking about if not i can put a picture up in a couple of days. if anyone knows can someone let me know, maybe some pics! thanks!

why are you running 4 Ga power wire in or thru the door ?

im not running a 4 ga wire thru the door, im asking so i can replace my back speakers. there's a clip on the very back holding the panel steady, i dont wanna crack/bend the panel. anyone know how to remove it?

you need to take off your rear deck coverto get to it. then just wing it.
