2001 S-10 ABS and BRAKE light problem

I lowered my truck yesturday and when i was done the ABS and brake lights were stuck on. Anyone ever have this problem or know what to do?

Get it on a ABS brake capable scanner and check for and post back codes.
Also look for damaged brake lines and hoses and wires.
Is it still full of brake fluid
