Upper Intake Vacuum Leak

I just discovered that I have a crack in my upper intake vacuum fitting that goes pretty much all the way to the top of the little rubber plug, the car hasn't been running bad, but I do notice a bit of lag on the accelerator...anyway, would the crack sucking more air than needed cause me to get horrible gas mileage?

Not sure if a small crack in it would cause noticeable effects.. But it's worth replacing anyway, it's always a good to have your vacuum lines in tip top shape.

Already got a replacement ordered. :)
