Driverside Power Window down & Leftside Rear window open

Help!!! My Mercury Villager 1999 Driverside(Left) Power Window is totally down and it never goes up. At the same time, the rear Left passenger window is open and never closes. The Right Side counterparts of those windows are both working good. What could be the problem? If i need to change the switch, how will I do it?

You need a new master door switch it about 45-70 at dealer and autozone one screw and pop out disconect and replace and your done.
