1990 Power Window Problems

Another problem is that my front windows can't bring down. Its power windows all around. I have opened the door side and checked the motor and its alright and fuse inder the dashboard is also alright but where else can I retify this fault. Please help me to make it work.

Have you tested the motor to be sure it operates or are you doing a visual inspection?
