dash cluster wont work

hi i have a 1991 s-10 lowrider and i cant seem to get my lights behind my spedometer and stuff to work or anything.. checked all fuses and i found nothing work but still cant figure it out.

Do all of your guages still work? One place you might check is the plug on the back of your headlight switch. I've seen them heat up, and melt the connector.
