Looks good. Put up some better pics when it stops raining, I'd like to see some of the under carrige details.

Nice conversion, the 911 tail fits the Beetle very well :)

Reminds me of a friend my dad had back in varsity....he managed to install a 911 engine into a Beetle...had to put a concrete block in the nose because the torque would cause the car to pop a wheelie!

Looks like no one else is saying anything so...
It looks like you need to get out the sandpaper and putty and start working. I have posted two pics below which show the areas that I can see in the pics on your site that need work. Remember you want it to look as smooth as possible. Just take your time and it should come out well.
Besides a bit of body work, everything else looks pretty good.
