Any ideas on a clutch and flywheel kit for a 98 GSX with a 16G EvoIII intercooled turbo system? Im looking for a reliable clutch that will be able to put the power down and shift smooth and quick..... any suggestions?

Please search as this has been covered many, many times. There are TONS of aftermarket clutches that are great for our cars, it's just up to you to find the "one" you want.

It all depends on your goals man....Personally I would go with either the ACT 2600 or the Centerforce Dual Friction clutch....This page descirbes the differances a bit.

If you wait a week or so, I'll be able to review the HyperDrive C2 clutch, PP and Flywheel. The Spyder is at the shop right now for the install. Hopefully they get it done today, since I have to go out of town for the rest of the week on business.

It uses a different leverage system allowing pressure to be transferred somewhere other than the thrust bearing. There also isn't any break-in period, which is nice.

Hopefully by next week I'll be able to get something up.

I would suggest an ACT 2100 with a sprung 6 puck.
