fuel tank ground?

my fuel gauge is working right.i looed at the ground coming from the fuel tank onto the frame.but its either welded on our reveted on.how do i check to make sure i have a good ground?

The proper way to check for a good ground is with a volt/ohm meter.
But you already have 3 or more post on it.

It's not a tank ground problem. The level sensor os not grounded to the tank.
