I have a 98 camaro that the brake lights do not work on, the third (center spoiler) light does work when the pedal is depressed. I have checked the fuses, all the other lights (turn, parking, flashers and marker) work, we have replaced the brake switch at the brake pedal with no change. any ideas or suggestions appreciated
thanks

you checked the bulb fluid right?
jk. but seriously, you checked the bulb? if the 3rd light goes on that means the switch is ok. its prolly the wiring somewhere along there that got chewed up or fried. just check for +12v when the pedal is depressed on the brake light bulb line. if you got nothing, its your wiring
i hope you have a dmm..makes life easier. if you CAN, check continuity between the line + a chassis ground. if you DONT have it...guarenteed problem = wiring.. it probably means a rat or something chewed through your lines.
