I managed to blow every fuse on the ecm ciruit on my 1998 f-250 2wd 4.6 v-8. Replaced all blown fuses now I have no spark, or fuel. I cannot pull any codes and the check engine light will not light with koeo. Can I buy a used ecm for same model and get away with not having to program it, or am I at the mercy of my ford dealer?
