seating # for the 1998 ford econoline e150 passenger van

:banghead: Help my bro-in-law (notice how I deny bloodline there) is insisting that first a 1998 ford e150 passanger is a 10 person van, there are 2 front seats and then the 2 middle buckets and then a bench that fold to a bed. Second that the little luggage holder in the back is a legal and safe seat. Last but not least that an additional bench seat can be added and it be safe for three of my kids to sit in ( this would be added where the luggage holder is way in the back). Please help with any info you can give to see who is right before I allow this to happen. Thank you all in advance.
