Trannie

My brand new CRV was in an accident. Finally got it back from the shop and they forgot to tighten a clamp and all my trannie fluid drained out. Before I knew there was a problem, I drove it some distance until it stopped shifting gears and obviously became undrivable. The shop fixed the problem for now, but, does anyone know if the neglegent mechanic could have caused future problems with my trannie?

Yeah, or a cooler line was severed in the accident and never was addressed by the mechanics. Either way, the shop should fix it all free of charge.
