Power window motor F150

Good Morning. Does anyone know how to remove the power window mechanical device that raises and

lowers the window from the power window motor, and how to remove the power window motor from the

driver door on a 1991 F150 Larriet. I have the door panel off and can barely get my hand in to work on or see

in there. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.
