buying a used eclipse

Hey yes me again, i want to buy a used eclipse probably in a year or so and a 1995/96 (so it will be cheaper) i saw a gsx for $5000, is that a deal or not? i plan to upgrade a car and replace parts as they break. is this a bad idea or ok? i mean eventually it will be almost like a new car right?

the gsx had like 80k mi or close to that

5k sounds great... a friend from work bought her used gs-t (automatic) for 10k...

Wonder what shape its in tho... have a mechanic check it out for sure :)

Yea $5000 for a GSX is cheap as hell..so you betta see if something is wrong with it or not..b/c thats a steal..we got our GST about 2 years ago and it was $9000 at the time of our buy it had around 60xxx miles..it has about 90xxx now..
