rack bushing

i have a 2001 grand am 4cyl. the rack bushings on it are shot and a shop is going to charge me $130 to replace them. The bushings are $20 each. How hard are these to replace? do i need to pull the whole assembly or can i just pop them in/out? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

its probly worth having it done you have to drop the rear sub frame. A lot of BS just to replace them :disappoin
